Imagine going through 100s of CVs/portfolios, shortlisting a few candidates, asking them to take an MCQ quiz-styled assessment and scheduling an interview, only to find that most of them are not suitable for the job/project.
That’s the existing state of affairs. We’re changing hiring from the ground up by:
Building a Modular Neural Network which mimics a talent recruiter’s brain through a set of Deep Learning (DL) algorithms and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Enabling experts to create assessments around a particular skill and train our neural network to assess candidates for it, by feeding it with the right question data in a no-code environment. This includes the question itself, parameters being assessed, weightage, right answer (for objective questions) and ideal answer (for subjective questions).
The resultant AI Recruiter automatically invites professionals for a posted opportunity, shortlists applicants based on their verified PI, evaluates them and recommends those who pass.
All companies need to do is add their job positions or projects, attach one or more skill assessments to them and let our AI recruiter do the hard work of getting capable candidates.
