While we have already provided an overview of AI Recruiter, it is important to understand the granularities of our talent evaluation tech, allowing companies to rely on its suggestion:

  • Support for all Q&A types: We’re building support for “wh questions”, i.e. questions beginning with “what, when, where, etc”. Using NLP, candidate answers are compared to the model answer to determine correctness. It is incredibly useful for coding challenges, as well as thinking/approach questions such as a VC lawyer being asked the ideal way to structure a venture debt deal for UK startups.

  • Personality prediction: Companies get a glimpse into the candidate’s personality, including Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Openness, and Stress Tolerance, resulting in an informed hiring decision.

  • Anti-cheat technology: Random webcam screenshots and full-screen detection (industry standard) can be gamed by simply having a friend sufficiently far away to solve answers. Our AI analysing the candidate’s voice and checks for unusual eye movements to determine if s/he is cheating.

  • Assessment diversity: Experts just need to enter their question data and list their assessment on our marketplace. They passively receive a % of their set price. The ease of creation with no headache of discovery or satisfaction will attract experts for any skill which are in demand by companies.

  • Conclusive, efficient results: Recruiters won't need to review every candidate anymore. Our AI auto-qualifies applicants for the assessments and for those who take it, companies receive their Employability Score (ES). It gives a pretty good idea with respect to their capability, both on an absolute basis as well as on a comparative basis, keeping into account everyone who has taken the assessment, even for other companies.
